The Presbyterian Health Foundation Research Park at the Oklahoma Health Center is a mission investment of and owned by the Presbyterian Health Foundation.   The OUHSC leases the 4th floor of 800 Research Parkway, commonly known as Building One. The Park is managed by  PHF under the direction of JR Caton, Vice President.  Property management staff include Sandra Leon, Danny Payne, and  Joe Kerr.  If there is an emergency or any routine maintenance problem call the PHF Research Park Management Office at 319-8160.  If you have an urgent problem call Danny Payne who can be reached directly at 319-8162 or by cell at 831-6528.  For after-hours emergency calls, page the on-call technician at 660-9188.  If there is any questions as to whether a problem is covered by Park management or OUHSC Site Support, ask Danny, contact Missy Warma at 271-2940, or ask Site Support at 271-2121.  If there is an emergency and building management is unavailable, call Site Support at 271-2121. After the emergency is over, an SUR will need to be faxed over to Site Support at 271-2001.
